Do you accept pets?

We love pets at Jordan Creek and Mills! Our creek homes are exclusively cat friendly, while our mills homes accept both dogs and cats. For more on our pet policy (including breed restrictions and weight limits), please visit the amenities section of our website, or contact us today!

As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Are you a smoke-free community?

What school district are you located in?

Jordan Creek and Mills is located within Rochester Public Schools. Nearby schools include Gage Elementary, John Adams Middle, and John Marshall Senior High School.

What bedroom options do you have?

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Detached garages at our creek homes are included with your monthly rent! Detached garages at our mills homes are available at an additional cost. All residents can park for free in our off street parking lot.

Do you have washers and dryers?

Apartment homes at Jordan Creek and Mills include washers and dryers!

How is the commute from Jordan Creek and Mills?

Located near Highway 52 by Mayo Clinic, IBM, Olmsted Medical Center, and Rochester Public Schools, our community provides easy access to nearby businesses.
